Ivy is a building piece in the Misc category. You build it with the Cultivator, and it costs 1 Ivy Seeds. Ivy Seeds are the only cost, and the Cultivator is the only tool that builds it. Its in-game description reads "Needs something to cling to," so you should think of it as a piece that depends on something else being there.
