Valheim 0.217.38

Patch 0.217.38 is a Public Test build, so it may be unstable and is not yet available to everyone. It brings more fixes and tweaks, mostly for settings menus, input handling and chat. On Xbox, render scale is now disabled and removed from the graphics presets.

Changes and balancing 2

  • On Xbox, render scale has been removed from all graphics presets.
  • Xbox players who had altered their render scale have had it reset, because render scale is now disabled on Xbox.

Fixes 5

  • Fixed a bug where all mouse input was reset to "Mouse Back".
  • Fixed IME input not working for the first chat message.
  • Fixed a bug that stopped players from resetting keybindings when left mouse was set to switch tabs in settings.
  • Fixed overlapping graphic texts in settings.
  • Fixed an Xbox issue where input was not validated properly when using keyboard and mouse.
