You craft it at a Black Forge at station level 4. The recipe needs 20 Bloodgold, 10 Timberwood and 1 Mould: Nord Sword. The Nord Sword is also an ingredient for crafting the Thunderblood Sword and the Frostfire Sword. It can be teleported.
