You get Ice from Greydwarf (frozen), Greydwarf Shaman (frozen) and Skeleton (deep north), each with a 100 percent drop chance. No trader sells it.
Ice is used to craft Bloodgold Payload, Fish Soup, Lingonberry Juice, Oat Milk, Seal Meat Soup, Snowball, Cast: Northern Vengeance and Northern Vengeance. It is also used to build the Frigid Kiln and the Ice Block.
